Your requirements are

• Several years of programming experience in any language
   
• At least 1 year of programming experience on web-facing applications preferrabily in PHP, Python, Ruby, or Java.
   
• Ability to create code that is well-documented, readable, and solves the problem at hand with minimal bugs
